Our 30-Day Sunny Guarantee: if a Sunroot product isn't right for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it — even if the bottle's been opened.
How it works
- Email hello@sunroot.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps — for most first-bottle refunds there's nothing to ship back.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
The fine print (kept short)
- The guarantee covers one opened unit per product per customer; additional unopened units are refundable too.
- Bundles are refundable within the same 30-day window.
- Shipping fees (if any) aren't refundable unless the issue was on our end — then everything is.
- Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo and we'll replace it free, no return needed.
Subscription orders
Same guarantee applies to every subscription delivery. And you can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account — no phone calls, no hoops.
