Processing
Orders placed before 1 PM (ET) on business days usually ship the same day; otherwise they head out the next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your box is on the move.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date — and subscription shipping is always free. You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime from your account, right up to the day before renewal.
